How it works

Three small steps at the shelf. The check takes about three seconds. You stay in charge throughout.

    Add your child’s allergies.

    “Who are we scanning for today?” Add each child once with their allergies and sensitivities. Fudo checks every label against that list — nothing generic.

  2. 2.0 · Snap

    Tap “Scan a label”.

    Photograph the ingredient list at the shelf, or pick a grocery screenshot from your gallery. The check takes about three seconds.

  3. 3.0 · Confirm

    Read the verdict, then confirm.

    Each scan lands in Recent scans with its verdict. You look it over and confirm — nothing is saved until you do. If anything looks off, trust the label.

What Fudo looks for

The whole label, not just the bold words — matched to your child, not a generic list.

Full list
The full ingredient list and the “Contains” statement. Every line is read, not just the allergen box.
Hidden names
Casein and whey for milk, albumin for egg, lecithin for soy, and others. The names that hide in plain sight.
May contain
“May contain” and “processed in a facility” warnings. These are flagged for your review — never marked safe.
Your list
Your child’s specific list, not a generic one. Only what matters to your family is flagged.

What Fudo is not

Fudo is an aid, not a substitute for reading the label yourself or for advice from your child’s allergist. Ingredient lists change, photos can be unclear, and AI can be wrong. That’s why Fudo never saves a result until you’ve looked at it and confirmed it. If anything looks off, trust the label, not the app.
